Over four sessions, you will define your value proposition, identify the right clients and put in place a practical approach to business development. Personal profiling sits at the heart of the programme: through the Hogan Personality Assessment and a structured reflection on motivations, strengths and ambition, you build a sharper understanding of who you are as a lawyer, and translate that into how you show up commercially.
