Barbara has led BD and marketing teams in international and regional law firms, including as CMO of the largest firm in the Middle East. She now advises firms globally on data-driven business development, team transformation and technology adoption. She is also the author of Beyond Billable Hours and co-founder of BOOST, a community for law firm BD professionals.

Stijn brings vast experience at the intersection of legal technology and business development. Having advised law firms across Europe on digital transformation, client relationship management, and data-driven BD strategies, he bridges the gap between technology and practice. Stijn’s approach combines deep technical understanding with commercial insight, helping firms modernise their processes, improve collaboration, and unlock new growth opportunities through smart use of technology.

Andrew is a data and technology specialist with extensive experience helping professional services firms connect their systems, automate workflows and extract value from data. He focuses on using martech, AI and analytics to improve collaboration and drive growth across BD and client development teams.

Lucy spent eight years practising criminal litigation as a solicitor advocate in the UK before shifting her focus to recruitment and learning and development. She went on to design and launch the Al Tamimi Academy, a leading learning hub for lawyers in the Middle East. A qualified IMI mediator, coach and Insights Discovery practitioner, Lucy combines deep legal knowledge with exceptional people skills. She is known for her collaborative style, empathy, and ability to see the bigger picture; qualities that make her a trusted facilitator and communicator in complex professional environments.
