The Growth Programme · Dubai Summer School

The Legal Growth Programme: Dubai Summer School.

A four-session cohort for lawyers ready to define their value, and grow their practice on purpose.

Most lawyers are busy, but not always moving forward. This programme is for those who want to take a step back, get clear on what they stand for, and build a practice around it.

Four in-person sessions in Dubai, three hours each.

    Programme starts mid-June.

    Weekly thirty-minute virtual check-in.

    Practical assignments between sessions.

    Why this is different

Most programmes focus on activity. This one focuses on direction first, then builds the right actions around it.

Over four sessions, you will define your value proposition, identify the right clients and put in place a practical approach to business development. Personal profiling sits at the heart of the programme: through the Hogan Personality Assessment and a structured reflection on motivations, strengths and ambition, you build a sharper understanding of who you are as a lawyer, and translate that into how you show up commercially.

    • Lawyers who want to build a more focused practice.
